Consume Arc grenade to proc Arc soul and bleak watcher, this freezes and slows enemies as well as you become amplified from your Arc soul. Kills from your bleak watcher or Arc soul with proc Devour giving you lots of health back, getting any sort of kills including with weapon will extend devour. Running outbreak will gain transcendence energy and super energy really quick. Arc needle melee will make you radiant to do 25% more damage and sever an enemy making them do 25% less damage to you. Aberrant action with the artifact perks listed will also make you radiant and will easily ignite and scorch all enemies around you. Falling guillotine i use for movement since i use outbreak for DPS mostly because of the Nanites however you could also run anything else you want in this slot.
