It must be noted that you MUST take Empowering Rift, as its cast animation time is faster than healing rift. Not taking Empowering Rift can make the difference in missing out on important kills.
- Use Rift to freeze incoming enemies, typically around corners
- Kill all those frozen by the rift (refraction proc)
- If Rift is not back by then, then kill with Duskfield grenades (refraction proc, nice to throw grenades to mainly deny ghost revivals)
- Repeat
