Destiny 2 Hunter BuildEoF Mask of Fealty Revenant (STRONG ADD-CLEAR)

I think this build feels pretty strong early on in Edge of Fate, and almost feels like the Stasis version of the old Necrotic Grips + Osteo Striga build with how much ammo uptime you have alongside immense add-clear.

The Wicked Implement buffs feel awesome; having the increased RPM helps with the previous damage problems Wicked Implement has and it also just has great artifact synergy right now. It's by no mean a main DPS weapon for bosses - in fact it still feels pretty poor so you probably will need to hot-swap or use a DPS power weapon like Hezen's to try and make up for it but to be fair you wouldn't really be running this build to try and take down any bosses. Doesn't help that Silence and Squall is one of the lowest damage supers this season in terms of flat damage.

Looking at the current set bonuses, I think if you run the Lustrous Set with something like Ice Breaker, it can work but I don't see much in terms of synergy for now. Maybe we'll see something with the new Raid Set, but for now it's lowkey up in the air IMO. But ideally, we'd want something to synergize with our melee or Stasis as a whole.

I mention it in the Weapon Info Tab, but in the previous season I ran this build as Prismatic Fealty with Tinasha's + Ice Breaker and the ammo economy felt insane - to the point where if it wasn't specifically a boss encounter in raids I'd take this build pretty consistently for end-game add-clear.

Wicked Implement has good synergy with the Artifact Mods this season and both of the Hunter Stasis Aspects.

Ice Breaker can definitely work and is just as good IMO - the only thing holding me back is finding a good stasis primary as double special feels a pinch harder to run overall (Tinasha's being my main concern) but this may be due to change as I'm still experimenting with weapons. I just think Wicked Implement might be a consistent option for shuriken spam for now.

• Wicked Implement

  • Anti Barrier Mod, Frigid Glare, Fever And Chill seem to have strong synergy with Wicked Implement
  • Winter's Shroud and Wicked Implement also synergize well with Wicked
  • Refraction and Conduction have great synergy with Wicked, especially Conduction - turning Wicked Implement into a weapon kindred to Osteo Striga.

• Returned Memory (NEW WEAPON IN EoF!)

  • Great perks with options like Lead from Gold + Heal Clip in the third column and the new Burning Ambition perk and Incandescent in the fourth column.
    • I think Burning Ambition might play a strong role in dealing with Unstoppable Champions by consistently proccing Ignition, so I'm gonna go with this perk over Incandescent for now. I usually shatter frozen targets with Returned Memory regardless, so the shatter damage usually is enough.
      • This by no means is saying that Incandescent is bad; if anything it's still an amazing option and is superior to Burning Ambition in terms of Add-Clear.
  • I like running one Solar Loader on my arms to help with reload speed so I can proc the healing from Heal Clip faster. Look out for reload speed mods - handling works too.
