Build Details
First of all, this build is a DOT (damage over time) build, which means it's not designed to do burst damage and needs to take things down slowly. So, before your tick dmg sources takes fruit, you want to be as patient as possible.
Now, we can start breaking down the build itself! Let's start with aspects first. I choose Devour and Hellion, Devour is great for getting back my grenade fast and it's also another important part about this build. But, it also heals me back to full health with an ability kill which makes it perfect in a GM solo environment because your health is nearly non-existent in a GM. The 2nd aspect that I choose is Hellion, you may be wondering, why not Bleak Watcher, isn't it very good this season? Yes, it's very good unless you pair it with Getaway Artist that both spawns the stasis turret and the arc soul, since we don't have it so Hellion becomes the obvious choice. Not only that, hellion's damage is a lot higher than you thought, with its constant Scorch and sometimes Ignition dealing massive damage. It's a very solid buddy to carry around and fits the DOT build very well.
For abilities, Healing Rift is good in a solo environment for its constant healing when you don't have devour, Arcane Needle for its unraveling capabilities to interact with necrotic, Storm Grenade with facet of dominance to jolt enemy. For fragments, Facet of dawn is a safe pick because I can get Radiant to buff my Edge Transit's damage to burst down champions and deal with anti-barrier champs. Facet of Dominance for storm grenade to jolt enemy, which is another tick damage source that I certainly want in a DOT build. Facet of Grace for a higher uptime on transcendence (more info about this in In-Depth Explanations) because osteo poison and necrotic tick dmg are both kinetic dmg that benefits from this fragments. Facet of Protection is a no-brainer because you get 15% DR by just surrounded with 3 enemies, and popping transcendence can get it to 32% DR (damage resistance) which is insanely good for a solo environment. Facet of Purpose to get restoration when I pick up an orb when I have Song of Flame super equipped. For supers: Song of Flame and Nova Bomb are the only supers that you want. With Song of Flame being the obvious choice in a solo environment for its massive 90% DR.
For artifact mods, it's just standard prismatic artifact mods list. The most important ones are: Radiant Orbs, Galvanic Armor, Shieldcrush and Transference. I want to expand a little bit about Galvanic Armor, its a 30% dmg resistance when you have amplified buff, which you will certainly get a ton in this build.
Next, weapons! Osteo Striga is the most important part about this build. It spreads poison by either: Deal sustained damage with this gun to a single enemy or the poison from it gets a kill. With the nerf in TFS with a 4s ICD on the 2nd part of poison spread capabilities, we are mainly using the 1st part, which is dealing sustained damage to a single enemy to spread the poison. Even with this major nerf, it's still a very solid gun to use. Indebted Kindness is a solid rocket sidearm to use for long range enemies where this build majorly lacks on, not only that, with volt shot on its 4th column perk, it can also jolt enemies even when storm grenade is on cooldown. Edge Transit is just a solid heavy weapon to burst down champion with Bait and Switch perk, paired it with Radiant buff from Facet of Dawn or picking an orb with the artifact perk Radiant Orbs equipped, you can shoot down a champ in no time! For armor mods: I went for a mix of class ability and grenade selection of mods. If you want to choose between these two, go down for the In-Depth Explanation part. Head: Kinetic & Arc Siphons for orbs, Dynamo for super cooldown Arms: Kinetic Loader to make Osteo Striga feels better to use, Grenade kickstart for lower grenade cooldown, Bolstering Detonation for lower class ability cooldown when grenade hits an enemy. Chest: Resistance mods Legs: Insulation and Absolution for ability energy regen on orb pick up. Recuperation for HP when picking up an orb. Class item: Powerful Attraction to pick up orb from a distance to avoid picking up an orb in a dangerous situation. Reaper for more orb generation when using class ability, Bomber for grenade energy when placing a rift down.

General gameplay: 1. Shoot Osteo to spread poison 2. Get Hellion up 3. Get Devour up 4. Shoot weapons (or ability) to keep devour up
Dealing with champs: 1. Shoot Osteo 2. Stun champ 3. Arcane needles 4. Shoot Heavy 5. Repeat
Don't forget, use transcendence while you can because this build charge up both light and dark meter very fast!
