Standing in a rift creates Noble Seekers that seek out allies and heal them. Standing in an empowering rift creates Noble Seekers that grant both you and your ally a damage bonus. When a Noble Seeker finds an ally, you gain class ability energy. Increases the airborne effectiveness stat of the Hand Cannon Lumina.

Build Details
Get weapons as high as possible. Super and grenade should be as close to 100 stat as possible, anything above 100 is wasted stats. Health and melee are not important. Use tuning to get weapons as high as possible while also getting super and grenade to 100. Take stats away from health then melee.
