Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details
You can use double special with this build, as Icebreaker is independent of Special Ammo Finder and makes ammo on enemy defeat.
Armor: Prioritize 100 Resilience + 100 Discipline
tl;dr : Literally just use Ice Fort + Icebreaker. You will make more ammo than you can shoot. If you proc devour with a melee needle first, it is even easier.
Icebreaker: Any kill = explosion. Precision kill = ignition.
Catalyst: "Icing Breaker": Landing a hit on a slowed or frozen target has a chance to return the round to the magazine.
Gameplay Loop: 1a) Throw bleakwatcher at enemy - Shoot ice, ignition but no ammo refund - Shoot slow enemy, yes ammo refund - Shoot frozen enemy, ignition and ammo refund
1b) Throw bleakwatcher at feet - Icebreaker shots will slow enemies, giving ammo refund - Keep shooting chunky bois to freeze and ignite, refunding ammo
2) Proc devour and slay out until you have another bleakwatcher. Try to place as many ice forts as possible. I have done up to 3 at once. Hilarity ensues.
3) Swap to Kinetic or Heavy to generate ammo if needed
4) If you get tired of deleting everything on the map with Icebreaker, you could use Transcendence or Song of Flame (note: ability kills do generate ammo). Trancendance is free ammo.
