Legendary Linear Fusion Rifle
Weapon precision hits or final blows have a chance to load a Kinetic Exodus micro-missile. Activating your class ability fires loaded Exodus micro-missiles. Damaging targets with Exodus micro-missiles temporarily increases the damage you deal with other micro-missiles and Rocket Launchers.

Touch of Thunder can be used very effectively with Pulse Grenades instead of Knockout, but Knockout is always a top tier option

Kinetic Slot - Barrier Champ Weapon if needed (Tinasha's is Top Tier) Scatter Signal (or best Fusion) if no Barrier Champs Energy Slot - Exotic - Lodestar or Le Monarque Legendary - Voltshot or Jolting Feedback Primary Power Slot - Exotic - Queenbreaker Legendary - Void threeround burst Linear
Loadstar Overcharge Mode or Arc Jolting Primaries Covers Overload Le Monarque covers Overload intrinsically Linear/Queenbreaker for Unstop
Match Siphons to Primary and Surges to Power (Monarch + Void Linear is great)
Mod Options: Heavy Finders/Scout can be Swapped with Dynamo or Hands on, depending on the content. Distribution on Class Item can be switched for Reaper for more Orbs if needed.
Lodestar and Le Monarch are interchangeable. Monarch will max out Boltcharge DPS Lodestar can Blind and Jolt.
Lodestar is my choice for after Heresy. Spark of Ions and Spark of Discharge create plenty of Ionic Traces to max your barricade uptime.
Use your Primary to Build up Exodus Rocket stacks
Pop Barricade to Launch Rockets and shoot enemies from behind Barricade. Get tons of boltcharge procs for more damage and free Melee energy. After exodus Rockets hit a target, Tinasha's gets a 35% damage increase.
Throw out Grenade and use Melee's as often as possible. Knockout for ad clear and free healing.
Pop barricade whenever you have max Exodus Rockets, most of the time you can have down multiple at once if you want. Powerful attraction will get your surges going and give a chunk of health. Bolt charge will heal you with the artifact perks and do tons of damage, obviously broken in Heresy. Void artifact perks with Void Linear will cause Volatile and Weaken + Particle Reconstruction.
