Legendary Pulse Rifle
Exotic Rocket LauncherRockets embed themselves in struck targets and periodically eject incendiary fuel that inflicts Scorch. The longer this weapon goes without firing, the more fuel the next rocket contains. Strong against [Stagger] Unstoppable Champions.
Hellion projectiles deal increased damage the further they travel eventually fracturing into scorching shrapnel.

Build Details
Super: Your Choice
Mint Retrograde Roll: Enhanced Envious and Chain reaction each give + 20 to Ammo Generation. You don't need both perks if you don't want to/don't have the roll, but having one is definitely nice. I'm using Envious/Bait since DPS phases use swaps.
Yeartide Apex Roll: Burning ambition is the only thing needed, anything else is a bonus. Can substitute for another Burning Ambition weapon if you want, but with Auto Rifles and SMGS on overload this season, this build will cover all 3 Champion Types
Dragons Breath: Builds Scorch fast and auto loads. Fire off a shot into a group or at a big enemy. Red bars will die from Dragons Breath, bigger targets will die from ignitions. Swap to Yeartide after shooting Dragons Breath to proc faster ignitions.
Armor set Bonus' aren't needed for this setup, but the Lustrous Set is really nice since you'll be getting tons of solar kills. Stats are more important than any set bonus on this Build. 2 Piece Bushido is a good substitute. Can also do Raid 4 piece or Trials 2 piece.
Stats to Aim for: 160 Weapons 70 Class (Up to 100 is fine, no need to go past 100) Super 100+ Then get Grenade and Melee as high as you can
I was able to get: 23 Health 45 Melee (85 with Fonts) 80 Grenade 100 Super (120 with Fonts) 74 Class 160 Weapons (200 with Fonts)
This is my current setup to get the above stats. All the Legendary Pieces are Tier 5 so your stats will vary. All are master worked and a few have beneficial stat changes in the Tuning slot.
Paragon Piece with Weapons as Tertiary. Specialist Eunoia (Mine has Health tertiary, I would prefer anything else) Specialist Piece with Super as Tertiary Gunner Piece with Super as Tertiary Grenadier Piece with Weapons as Tertiary
Mod Options:
Fonts can be taken off for other options until you have tier 5 armor since some of the mods take up all 11 energy. The only required Fonts are Weapon.
Resistances on Chest to match the activity
Distribution can be Swapped for whatever you want. Reaper is a good Choice, but I am using Yeartide with Attrition orbs so for me, it isn't important, but anything you prefer can be swapped without changing the build.
This whole build relies on building scorch and causing ignitions with full Heavy and Special ammo uptime.
You can add Abundant Ammo onto your Legnedaries if you don't seem to be finding enough ammo, but Temporal Blast is just too strong currently to not run.
The Loop:
- Phoenix Dive to proc Hellion
- Throw Healing Grenade to get Restoration x2 going (You'll be able to keep with up with max time for most encounters)
- Shoot Dragons breath into Group of enemies or at an orange/yellow bar
- Swap to Yeartide to spread more scorch and start and ignition loop. In this loop, yeartide + Dragons breath + Hellion does a ton of damage and you will be procing Ignitions like crazy. Most of your Damage is going to come from the ignitions and temporal blast going off. Mint with Envious/Bait is great for adding some extra damage while swapping.
Other than that, spam Phoenix dive whenever you need, with Ember of Singeing you will have your dive back by the time hellion goes away. Spam Dragons Breath, use Mint whenever you want/need as you'll also have a ton of Special ammo dropping. Another great option in the Kinetic Slot is Festival Flight, I'm using Mint for anti Barrier, but Festival flight in other content.
Realistically, you can use any Exotic you want. Dragons Breath really cooks with this setup, but with the ammo generation and mod setup, you can sacrifice some ignitions for a different weapon. Gally is tons of fun to spam, same with Eyes of Tomorrow
