Build Details
For anti champion, this build relies on using the artifact and swapping weapons around to fit the content and the Artifact. Strand Weapons will always be able to get anti barrier with unraveling rounds. In Heresy, Linear covers unstop and is insanely strong with Particle Reconstruction.

Fragments - In Future seasons, you can take off Evolution and Rebirth for things like Propagation and Transmutation.
Weapons:
Kinetic - Final Warning is also a good option and works well, but Barrow-Dyad seems to build the super more quickly.
Energy - I use this slot for Champions and to proc photonic flare in high end content. Indebted with Voltshot covers Barrier and Overload (not as consistently). If Champs are overload and Unstop, I'll swap to a Trace with Jolting Feedback. Barrow Dyad will be anti barrier most of the time, but it's nice to have a dedicated barrier weapon.
Power - Any Linear can work fine here, but Scintillation takes advantage of the double strand surge you're using for Barrow-Dyad.
Mods:
Helmet - Hands On can be used instead of Heavy Finder, but I found I had my super so fast without it, that it's not necessary.
Gloves - If you have the energy, add in another harmonic loader. The more you use Panic Response, the better.
Boots - Can take off a Surge for things like absolution or invigoration. Can also swap 1 surge to match linear if not using Scintillation
Works well in all content
Start every fight with a Grapple Melee to get Banner of War going. Use charged melee if needed to secure first kill.
Barrow Dyad builds Bladefury at a ridiculous speed. Use constantly.
-Use Barrow for almost everything. The damage it does gives tons of super energy and can be used on strong enemies along with ads. The stronger the enemy, the more super energy.
-Pick up/Destroy all of your tangles. With into the Fray and all the ways to get Woven Mail, you should have 100% uptime on it. That + Banner of War and Recuperation will keep you alive in most situations. Use melee early and often, you'll be getting it back pretty quick.
-Rapid Precision hits with Barrow-Dyad will sever targets. Once severed, shoot that enemy with your special to Blind enemies from the artifact perk.
Use Scintillation (or best non-strand Linear) for DPS.
