Moderately increases airborne effectiveness and hip fire mobility, range, and accuracy for weapons that use Primary ammo.
Final blows with Primary ammo weapons return dodge energy, which can overflow to create additional charges when full.
Build Details
Get kills/hits to build up Barrow Dyad, reload/marksman dodge to dump Dyad into higher health enemies.
Threaded Specter will help with Survivability.
Whirling Maelstrom and Unraveling rounds (From artifact) will hit one group so you can focus on another.
Pretty Much everything will be severed. Use grapple to attach to your Whirling Maelstrom to not expend your Grapple charge. Keep Spamming
Lots of weapon options, the only requirement is Barrow Dyad but that can be Swapped for Final Warning. -Energy Slot is to cover Champions (Barrier or Overload) and use whatever fits for the content you are running. If you don't need to cover extra Champions, use your best Fusion -Power slot covers Unstop and Particle Reconstruction, the build is best with Scintillation due to running 2x strand weapon surges for Dyad, but use your best Linear in Heresy (This will change depending on Artifact Mods each season)
In-Depth Explanation
Weapon Focused build with lots of AOE/Ad clear.
Use Barrow Dyad for almost everything other than Champions/DPS. Thread of Isolation will add sever to targets at a distance and during DPS phases. Throw out Threaded Spike to sever a group of ads.
Use the Dodge/Threaded Specter to reload Barrow Dyad quickly and dump damage into Yellow/Orange bar enemies. Specters will draw agro. Every dodge should pick up orbs with Powerful Attraction, this gives you 2x weapon surge, a chunk of health, and Woven Mail. RDM will make it so you should have a charge anytime you want. + a free orb after every dodge.
Explode/Throw any tangle you see to create Beyblades that seek and Damage enemies.
If you need to blind a group, throw out your Melee and then Kill a severed enemy with arc special
Basically, just use Barrow Dyad constantly and swap to deal with Champions/High health targets.
Tough to cover all 3 champs, but Barrow will be anti barrier with Unraveling Round, can swap Energy weapon for an overload (Trace) or something with Joltshot (Indebted Kindness is great in Heresy)
