Build Details
Killing enemies with Ager Scepter spreads stasis freeze to near bye enemies and spawns stasis shards.
Picking up stasis shards gives you armor charge due to the elemental charge mod and when you have 3 or more elemental charges and do a finisher you get ammo for your Scepter as well as Axial Lacuna.
The exotic perk Absorption Cells on Mantle Of Battle Harmony grants bonus super energy so long as your weapon matches your equipped super. the percentage is 1.5 - 4.5% of your super depending on the enemy rank. While your super is charged Absorption Cell's secondary perk activates where when you have your super fully charged you gain a temporary bonus to weapon damage equivalent to 4 weapon surge mods that match your equipped super for 11 seconds.
