How It Works

Titan = Melee build right? Wrong.

First and foremost, stat priorities are ranked with Edge of Fate in mind. Naturally for anything before then, Resilience is always the go to!

Here we'll be throwing fusion grenades in fairly quick succession, as well as triggering ignitions as we go. Mopping up the leftovers with a Demolitionist weapon, or simply defeating scorched enemies, will get that fusion 'nade ready to go again in no time.

We're bringing Deliverance simply because I'm a big fusion rifle lover, and the roll (Demo/Chill Clip) gives us grenade regen whilst also covering Overload champions. Nullify is a super solid pulse, and will be anti-Barrier once Edge of Fate kicks off. Ashen Wake powered fusion grenades will stun Unstoppable champions, and we've also got Dragons Breath to trigger ignitions on the rare occasion we're waiting on a fusion grenade.

Scorching and ignitions play perfectly in Ember of Char and Ember of Ashes. Ember of Blistering means that every ignition will grant us grenade energy. Ember of Resolve is a survivability backup plan - whilst there will be plenty of sunspots around to provide restoration, having our grenade cure us in a tight spot is a great option.

Because of the survivability this build can provide, it's worth considering swapping Heal Clip for Demolitionist on Nullify, but theres plenty of grenade regen going on that it's personal preference on that one. I'll be getting a feel for the gameplay in Edge of Fate before I let go of Heal Clip!

All of this comes without a deep dive into the Edge of Fate artefact perks, short of checking the anti-champ weapons.

Gameplay Loop
  1. Create a sunspot (Sol Invictus) for increased ability regen and resto
  2. Throw a fusion grenade at, where possible, a crowd of enemies (Final blows grant grenade energy)
  3. Pick off stragglers with demolitionist weapons, or trigger ignitions to utilise Ember of blistering

Ability final blows and defeating scorched targets create further sunspots. Move from sunspot to sunspot, throwing grenades into the fray whenever possible.
