You can really just ability spam with this build.

The point of this setup is to be able to get Transcendance as much as possible with having high ability uptime.

You can also you use any primary you please, but I really like to use Outbreak or Khvostov.

For the class item I go between using:

Inmost Light + Star Eater & Galanor + Star Eater

Depending on the content I choose one or the other.
