Using your Arc melee ability or being hit by a melee attack will allow you to follow up with an extremely powerful melee counterpunch that will heal you.

You'll want some kind of One-Two Punch
It's the same as ages before, Liars + Combination Blow but better.
Basically Stack up Combination Blow on weaker enemies then use the x3 Stack + One Two Punch to almost one or one shot Champions.
You can use the Exotic Class Item with Liars (or Syntho) which is what I suggest you use but if you don't have it then Normal Liars Handshake works just fine.
Good Exotic Class Item Combos to run with this:
Inmost + Liars
Assassin + Liars
Galanor + Liars
Caliban + Liars
The other Colum 1 perks are up to you if you have a certain Build in mind, but these are my suggestions.
