Build Details
The build is a hybrid aggression/control build that uses filaments to gain devour so we can run lightning surge as an aspect.
Disclaimer: There is a bug right now between faucet of protection and filaments where you do not get devour with this fragment equipped. When this bug is fixed, swap out devotion for protection.
Weapon options: Run whatever you want, just adjust the siphon and element surge mod on the helmet and boots to match your weapons.
Stats: 1. Melee (100) 2. Super (100) 3. Grenade (70 at least) 4. Class (70 at least for good class ability regen for kills while devour is active) 5. Melee (Spare mod slots go into getting over 100 if possible) 6. Weapons 7. Health
Class item: Filaments + Synthoceps If you do not have this class item, you can try the build with secant filaments, but you must run nova bomb.
Optional changes: 1. Nova Bomb can be swapped with Needle Storm to activate the tightly woven artifact perk. 2. Song of flame is an option if you have some other way to activate shield crush
Gameplay loop: 1. Throw stasis turret (Build darkness meter) Optional: Throw a strand melee 2. Place empowering rift to gain devour (filaments) 3. Lightning surge into frozen enemies (Build light meter) 4. Activate prismatic when out of abilities and repeat 5. Throw supers at high hp enemies or dense crowds
Sustain: 1. Devour (filament empowering rift) 2. Over shield (faucet of purpose) 3. Healing grenade

If devour runs out, you place another empowering rift and continue.
