Destiny 2 Hunter BuildKiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade

This is an ability spam build with the added bonus of invisibility and considerable damage reduction. Additionally, you will generate Transcendence energy fairly quickly.

Equipment Rolls

• Smite of Merain: Demolitionist and 4th Column Preference (Firefly is my choice)
• Indebted Kindness: Voltshot and 3rd Column Preference (Impulse Amplifier is my choice)
• Relativism: Spirit of Inmost Light & Spirt of Cyratachne

It's possible that a different combination (Spirit of Inmost Light & Spirit of Coyote) would also be potent, but the extra damage reduction from Woven Mail is my prefernce.

Ability Spam Synergies

• Hitting enemy with Snare Bomb gives grenade energy (Impact Induction) and class ability energy (Focusing Strike). Important note, each tick of Snare Bomb damage procs Inmost Light, giving you x2 recharge almost instantly and resetting the timer while it does damage.
• Hitting enemy with a Duskfield Grenade gives class ability energy (Bolstering Detonation).

• Facet of Hope grants class ability energy regen when any elemental buff is active, this include: 1. Throwing a grenade which grants Woven Mail. 2. Picking up an orb of power which grants Frost Armor. 3. Throwing a melee which grants Radiant.

• Dodging near enemies will return a full Snare Bomb charge.

• Spirit of Inmost Light gives accelerated ability recharge.
• Ionic Traces from rapid arc kills (Facet of Awakening).

Damage Reduction Synergies

• Woven Mail 45% DR (Throwing Grenade)
• Frost Armor 4.5% Per Stack DR (Picking up Orb)
• Facet of Protection 15% DR (32% DR when Transcendent)

What's Up With Heartshadow?? This is your champ (particularly Overload) melt-o-matic tool. The combination works like this:

• Have an Armor Charge ready to proc Argent Blade.
• Hit champion with Duskfield + Snare Bomb.
• Switch to Heartshadow, and get in close so all projectiles from Heavy Attack hit it. Sit back in invisibility and wait for Heavy Attack to charge again, or hit it with Light Attacks if its safe enough to do so.
• Watch it melt. If you've done the combo correctly, you're benefiting from Radiant (Facet of Dawn), Weaken (Snare Bomb), and additional damage from Expanding Abyss and Argent Blade.
