Build Details
Weapons: 1. Lost Signal with Auto-loading Holster and Wellspring: This setup helps you gain Darkness Transcendent energy and boosts your ability energy regeneration. 2. Ikelos SMG or Subjunctive with Voltshot: Paired with any reload perk of your choice, this weapon will counter Barrier Champions and Overload Champions when Voltshot is activated. 3. Leviathan's Breath: Provides consistent damage and is perfect for dealing with Unstoppable Champions.
It's an all-around build that's perfect for both low and high-tier content, and fun at all levels. The goal is to jolt, unravel, and freeze enemies while quickly gaining Transcendent and super energy. Spam your abilities as much as possible. The gameplay loops are detailed below.
In-Depth Explanation
I love these two gameplay loops:
Loop 1: Use Ascension to jolt targets, which will activate Dynamo and grant you super energy. While airborne, switch to Lost Signal and spam shots below you to create DOT, generating both light and darkness Transcendent energy. Killing jolted targets will give you an Arc Bolt Grenade. If enemies are killed by Lost Signal, you will get a Stasis shard at that location.
Loop 2: Throw an Arc Bolt Grenade and use your melee to unravel targets. Dealing damage will generate both darkness and light Transcendent energy. Spam your abilities and use a Voltshot weapon to continue the loop.
Both of these loops will quickly recharge your abilities. Just make sure to deal darkness damage using either a Stasis weapon, Stasis slow, or Unravel melee.
