Build Details
This build centers around freezing/creating as many Stasis Crystals as you can, then shattering them with Ice Breaker shots to then trigger ignitions. I would recommend running any primary stasis weapon that has Headstone/Rimestealer as it's perks to aid with Frost Armor generation and freezing more targets. Bleakwatcher Turret shatters will proc Feed The Void to give you devour, so when standing in your Stasis Turret with a healing rift, you become an unkillable frost reaper of death. Shortly, everything around you will be frozen either by your turret, or from the Ice rounds from Rime-Coat Raiment, and then Ice breaker ignites everything around you. On top of the Frost armor, and Healing Rift, you will be killing things so quickly that Devour will always make sure you are topped off.
I can say from experience that all of the CC, DR, and healing compounding together makes tackling content at -40 power or greater pretty easy!
Normal Gameplay Loop 1. Charge Grenade to throw Bleakwatcher Turret 2. Drop Healing rift in Turret field 3. Shoot things with primary weapon to freeze them with Icy rounds and proc Frost Armor 4. Shoot any and all frozen targets with Ice Breaker 5. Optional - Play "Firework" by Katy Perry 6. Watch all the explosions go burrrr
Boss DPS Loop 1. pop Trancendence 2. Throw Transcendence grenade 3. pop Song of Flame super 4. Go through Envious Arsenal/Bait n Switch DPS rotation
