Build Details

How It Works

This is the Void Trooper build! Just as the name implies, you'll be leading the charge into conflicts, tanking damage and dishing it right back out all while wielding your heavy LMG as a primary weapon! This is the most fun support build I have played so far where you're able to be a tank for your fireteam, while also dealing out respectable amounts of damage.

With this build, you will be regening abilities very quickly, creating Orbs and void breaches for you and your team while also providing healing. Aside from the shields from Unbreakable and your super, this build also utilizes the 2-piece from Ferropotent and Smoke Jumper armor sets to further reduce incoming damage.

This is also a great raid build as well since you can swap Deterministic Chaos out for Tractor Cannon, and use a void primary to fill the support role even better.

Gameplay Loop

Neutral Gameplay Loop 1. Shield Throw melee (get an overshield with a kill) 2. Shield Throw melee again (to spread weaken) 3. Shoot all the things 4. Use Unbreakable shield often to guard for your team, spread weaken, generate Orbs and void breaches, and reduce your melee CD 5. Use your Super during bosses, or when your fireteam is getting overrun.

Boss DPS Loop 1. Tractor the boss 2. Pop Super 3. Block incoming damage till your bar is fully charged 4. Super Shield Throw 5. Repeat steps 3&4 till super runs out 6. Reapply Tractor as needed for the debuff
