Build Details
This build revolves around using key Solar Fragments and Speedloader Slacks to maintain Radiant uptime and keep your weapons constantly reloaded for maximum damage output.
DPS: New Land Beyond (NLB) is our primary damage dealer, ideally at 20 stacks of its intrinsic buff. Once you reach 20 stacks, the weapon automatically reloads and gains a 70% damage increase. We pair this with Radiant and Kinetic Surge for optimal burst and sustained damage against bosses, mini-bosses, and majors.
Engine: 1. The goal is to maximize dodge uptime so Radiant stays active as often as possible. Speedloader Slacks helps tremendously with this thanks to part of its perk: "Sustained damage reduces class ability cooldown." This means all of our weapons contribute to faster dodge regeneration, and NLB at 20 stacks becomes especially strong during boss phases for maintaining this loop. Outside of boss phases, you can further reduce dodge cooldown by applying Scorch. Ember of Singeing decreases class ability cooldown when you scorch targets, while Ember of Ashes increases the amount of scorch stacks applied.
For this reason, I use CALUS Mini-Tool with Incandescent (for scorch application) and Unrelenting (for health regeneration through ad clear), along with Speleologist using Stats for All and Incandescent.
You can use any weapons with Incandescent, but I recommend having at least one with a healing perk for better survivability. Your Energy and Heavy weapons are mainly for ad clear, since NLB handles most of your DPS. However, you can swap to a more optimal Heavy weapon for boss damage rotations when needed.
The current Episode: Renegades artifact does support this build, but it is not required. I’ve used this build successfully without relying on artifact perks, and it still performs extremely well.
