Legendary Machine Gun
Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.
Build Details
The main purpose of the build is to lock down areas while also being able to deal with beefier targets.
Because of the constant special ammo regeneration of ice breaker, double special is possible. The build has appetence (stasis trace rifle) with demolitionist and headstone to feed into the build more. But when making this build the new IB special sidearm isn't out yet, if you have it with chill-clip feel free to switch it out for that (or any stasis special in fact).
For power weapons, I have a machine gun to help with ammo economy and to help further gain more icebreaker ammo. But if you wanted to use other power weapons based on the boss or artifact perks feel free to change this.
There is some flexibility in mods/fragments in the build
Mods: If you want more resist mods you can swap them with the reserve mod, legs can change to 3x surge if health isn't a problem/you are fighting a boss, and proximity ward is just a personal preference to protect me while I'm finishing a target (this can be changed with anything if you aren't finishing targets often).
Fragments: The only thing that can be changed is facet of dawn. It's mainly there to grant yourself/teammates radiant to deal with barrier champs. If you're not playing an activity where those champs are present, this can be changed to facet of devotion to fill your transcendence bar faster or facet of protection for more damage-resist.
If there are barrier champs, try to save your melee for them so you can use one charge of it while damaging the champ so when it pops its barrier you can instantly delete it.
- Throw buffed bleak watcher at enemies
- Shoot a frozen target/crystals with ice breaker
- Pick up shards/firespritesfor ability regen
- Switch to another special weapon to create crystals and gain grenade energy
- Get kills/assists with other weapons and abilities to give yourself more ice breaker ammo
- Rinse and repeat
General: Constant slow, shatter, and ignitions should take care of overload and unstoppablechamps. Radiant from facet of dawn should help with barrier champs (use your melee while damaging champ so you can gain radiant before barrier is up)
