Build Details
To open an encounter, you should do a wide, lost signal volley, followed by a glacier grenade to the area most populated by enemies. Once the glacier grenade is down, you can proceed to consecrate the grenade, and then again to another group of ads to fill up your transcendence bar.
When you have transcendence, you should be spamming your ability, making the most of the spirit of contact and the spirit of immost light to clear out large groups of ads.
During boss fights, you should use transcendence, shoot both lost signal and dragon's breath at the boss to make best use of DoT, and then spam consecration.
Thanks to Radiant and Scorch/Ignitions, as well as the Transcendence grenade and Spirit of Contact, this build can inherently deal with each type of champion: Radiant(Facet of Dawn Consecration) for Barrier, Ignitions/Suspend(Consecration or Transcendant Grenade) for Unstoppable, and Jolt (Spirit of Contact or Transcendant Grenade) for Overload.
This build is going to be stronger in solo ops due to the lack of teammates to steal kills to build transcendence. This build is going to be quite potent in the Day One raid race for all non-boss encounters; boss encounters will likely use whatever is found to be the best rotation and or weapon for the boss type.
In terms of Pre-EoF, this build is not the strongest due to the stat allowcation, mobility being a high priority stat is not at all ideal pre-EoF, but upon EoF release when mobility is converted into the Weapons stat this will go crazy.
During EoF for stats you should ideal have similar to the following: Weapons: As close to one hundred as possible without wasting too many points over. Grenade: Close to 70 as possible to make spirit of immost light work similar to pre-EoF Melee: As close to 200 as humanly possible without sacrificing the other stats except for class Class: As close to 100 as humanly possible after reaching 200 grenade, at least above 70 for spirit of immost light to feel how it was pre-EoF Super: Not a large priority, can be essentially a dump stat if you don't tend to spam your super Health: Not a large priority (This build was made in the weeks leading up to EoF, if health is robust (which I doubt) i will update this build if I remember to but it is a dump stat.
Use your best configuration from D2armor picker, make sure to have your class item be Spirit of Contact, Spirit of Immost Light, to maximise your ad clear potential, weapons you can use whatever the meta for ad clear, leave heavy weapon for dmg though, dragons breath is good if your secondary is not an exotic, otherwise use something that has envious arsenal and bait and switch like Heazens Vengence or VS Chill Inhibitor. Because of the EoF artifact, I would use either Zaouli's Bane or Sunshot, with Dragon's Breath and Chill Inhibitor, respectively, but lost signal is a must for DoT during bosses and easy darkness transcendence energy.
