Build Details
This build is all about suspending and burning, suspending and burning. Motif should have autoloading holster/incandescent for max efficiency. Main thing is to ensure you use your abilities up to keep the other ones recharging. For my Stoicism, I'm running Spirit of Inmost Light/Spirit of Armamentarium to maximize shackle grenade uptime.
