Frenzied blade provides 3 charges of concecration and Monte Carlo provides high uptime on melees. Run whatever anti barrier energy weapon you want. Your powered melees will be able to jolt for overload and ignite for unstoppable and with Monte Carlo you should have melees up and ready for whenever a champ spawns Monte Carlo will spawn orbs which facet of purpose turns to void overshield. This then procs shield crush for extra melee damage Try to layer transcendence, shield crush and knockout for even more powerful melees Enjoy :)
