Destiny 2 Hunter BuildRaiju's Hurricane

The quick version: Jolt everything to proc Raiju's and give you your super fast.

The long version:

Gathering Storm: Quickest recharge, nuking, don't need to think, and you get it fast thanks to Raiju (the whole point of this build).

Gambler's Dodge: Simple; dodge to get your melee back.

Combination Blow: Never actually used. Can be switched for Disorienting Blow if you want to use the melee instead of Tempest Strike sometimes, but I don't and the shorter cooldown is much better.

Skip Grenade: Any grenade works, I just like Skip. Flashbang will get you more super energy faster, I just don't like how it feels.

Aspects: Tempest Strike: Jolting slide wave. Triggers things like hands on, but it Jolts targets, which is what we want for Raiju. Killing Jolted enemies also gives Bolt Charge now, which is handy as that happens all the time. Flow State: Killing a Jolted target (happens a lot) also gives Amplified, which gives us DR and a handy speed boost, along with double Bolt Charge thanks to Spark of Frequency.

Fragments: Amplitude: You are Amplified most of the time, so getting more orbs is always a nice bonus. Discharge: More Bolt Charge for more damage. Frequency: Killing Jolted enemies while Amplified gives x2 Bolt Charge. Instinct: Can be swapped, I just like it for the survivability, and more Jolted targets.

Weapons: Lodestar: The Jolt mode when it's charged absolutely cooks and gives you your super back very fast thanks to Raiju. Other Weapons: Doesn't really matter, I was running an Arc Machine Gun for DPS phases, but anything works.

Exotic: Raiju's Harness: The key part of this build. Gathering Storm now Jolts and gives you Amplified. And, any time you kill a Jolted or Blinded target, you get bonus super energy, hence the million things that Jolt in this build.
