This is a classic Consecration , but with a bolt charge twist. Any Exotic class item with Spirit of Contact.
Generate & collect Orbs of Power,, to obtain an over shield. Slay out with Consecration Slams to proc Singularity Blade. The weakening busts will then activate Power from Pain’s Devour.
