Improves sprint, slide, and airborne effectiveness while a Hand Cannon is equipped. For a short time after being drawn, Hand Cannons ready faster, are more accurate, and each hit against a combatant increases Hand Cannon damage.
Build Details
This is a lazier, non-loadout-swap version of the 'Lucky Pants / Tractor Cannon Hunter' build.
Everything should be laid out pretty plainly in the 'Gameplay Loop' section, but yeah. Lucky Pants + Precision Instrument Agape is going to get you BIG primary damage, while you occasionally tractor cannon/debuff the boss, and hit it with Golden Gun when your Super meter is full.
Try to hit at LEAST 100 Super (or 60 Super + 2 Super Font Mods) to make sure your Golden Gun is charging as fast as it can. And have very high Weapon Stat (200 Weapons or 160 Weapons + 2 Weapon Font Mods) to ensure your Agape is hitting as hard as it can as well!
This is the NON-LOADOUT SWAP version of the Hunter Lucky Pants + Tractor Cannon Build
Starting at DPS...
Tractor Cannon the Boss Lost Signal (for extra damage) Pop (regular) Golden Gun, shoot 3x Whip out Agape Hand Cannon, damage until Lucky Pants buff expires Re-Tractor Cannon + Lost Signal Continue damaging with Agape, being sure to activate Lucky Pants buff when cooldown expires, and also re-tractor cannon as needed When you need to manually reload, activate 'ascension' as needed. When Super meter is full, Tractor Cannon then shoot with Golden Gun.
