Recommended Weapon Pairings - Either: Bold Endings + Buried Bloodline The Call + Sunshot Bold Endings + Indebted Kindness
For Exotic Armor - Either: Exotic Class Item With - Caliban/Verity OR Caliban/Synthoceps
If you don't have that, then ANY Exotic Class item with Inmost Light, ANY Exotic Class Item with Verity, Frost-ee5, ANY Exotic Class Item with Caliban, Asassin's Cowl, or the Bombardiers will work fine.
Fragment-wise, there's a couple other solid options you could pick (100% be sure to use FACET OF BRAVERY if you're running Buried Bloodline.) Or Facet of Purpose if you want free Restoration (or frost armor for Silence & Squall)
Anyway, for the build. Throw Threaded Spike, get a bunch of kills + build charges IMMEDIATELY for Gunpowder Gamble, and then... throw Gunpowder Gamble! Dodge near enemies to insta-recharge your melee, then do it again!
1: throw threaded spike melee into a crowd 2: get many kills & (probably) insta-charge your gunpowder gamble 3: throw gunpowder gamble into a crowd 4: detonate, giggle as everything explodes/dies 5: dodge near enemies to activate gambler's dodge & re-charge your melee 6: repeat
