Exotic Sniper RifleFinal blows or assists with any other weapon or ability have a chance to create ammo for Ice Breaker. Defeating powerful combatants will create multiple rounds.
Withering Blade hits and bounces create a small Stasis crystal and refund a portion of melee energy. Using Withering Blade to shatter crystals or frozen targets releases a spread of Withering Blades.

Build Details
You will have many ways of slowing/freezing your enemy whether its Withering Blade or Gambler's Dodge or Chill Clip
Once frozen, pop them in the head with Ice Breaker to cause an ignition
Both of these actions will build up your Gun Powder Gamble which you can then throw for more explosions
You can use any Chill Clip weapon, but since Tinasha's is new I decided to feature it.
The Artifact Perks will only help you so choose which ones you want
- Freeze Enemy
- Shoot With Ice Breaker
- Explode
- Repeat
If you run out of ammo with Ice Breaker no you didn't because you can still throw your Withering Blade or Gun Powder Gamble or Super
