Cynosure: Quick Launch/Impact Casing/Clown cartridge or Overflow/Bipod
The build allows you to get radiant, restoration, woven-mail, and devour. You can cause scorch, sever, weaken, unraveling, volatile, and ignitions. You can create tangles, threadlings.
Using indebted kindness gives you flexibility to cause jolt for overload champs, but your transcendence grenade can also disrupt them. A trace rifle like Keraunios with jolting feedback would also work well.
Primarily you'll be using Barrow Dyad for sustained DPS or ad-clear. The Cynosure can also be used for burst DPS or ad-clear.
Artifact: the remaining 5 artifact slots should be all of the bottom row perks from Act 3 of Heresy. They really allow the Cynosure to shine.
Make sure that your Tome of Want is also always active to take additional advantage of all of the strand related boosts. Such as from Unraveling Orbs and Horde Shuttle.

- Use transcendence, song of flame, and abilities as often as possible.
