Destiny 2 Hunter BuildShocking Vows (Shinobu’s Vow Arc Build)

This build shines brightest in add dense content, however is a surprisingly effective tool to have in higher level endgame content for its ability to stun Overloads thanks to Spark of Shock.

For Add Clear:

Throw 1 or both Skip grenade charges into a group of adds and, if all tracking projectiles hit their target, you should have at least 1 full grenade charge. Keep throwing at enemies until you run out of grenades

If you run out of grenade energy, use a weapon with Demolitionist or that can jolt targets to create an Ionic Trace, which refunds some ability energy to all abilities.

For Anti-Champion ability:

Throw 1 grenade (even if you have 2 charges) to jolt the Overload and use any weapon that doesn’t have an anti-champion mod associated with it (be it an Artifiact perk or a weapon like Eriana’s Vow). Since you jolted the Overload, by hitting the Overload with any weapon while jolted, it reactivates the Jolt and re-stuns the Overload.

Weapons

Ideally use exotics that can jolt or provide increased ability/grenade energy, such as:

Edge of Concurrence (jolts, plus Blaine shield adds much needed survivability) Coldheart (Ionic Trace generation on hits, plus does good damage) Delicate Tomb (For Ionic Trace generation and jolting after kill) Travelers Chosen (for ability regen and the ability to become a 3rd Arc weapon to take advantage of surges)

Legendaries with Demo or Voltshot/Jolting Feedback are ideal for this build as well, including:

Forbearance Undercurrent Vantage Point IKELOS SMG Bold Endings Indebted Kindness Shadowprice (a bit more niche tbf bc it’s not as powerful as the other options, only use if you have no other weapons with Voltshot)
