The Suspend Engine (Abeyant Leap + Drengr's Lash + Shackle Grenade + Flechette Storm):

Casting your Towering Barricade (your class ability) activates Drengr's Lash. Abeyant Leap supercharges this, creating wide, seeking suspend waves that lock down massive groups and instantly grant you Woven Mail. Your Shackle Grenade provides additional, targeted Suspend and Tangles. Your Flechette Storm Aspect (activated by sliding and pressing melee) unleashes unraveled projectiles that can create a suspending burst on repeated hits or kills, adding another reliable source of crowd control. Woven Mail & Ability Loop (Into the Fray & Orb Synergy):

Into the Fray: Destroying a Tangle (generated by your Barricade, Grenade, Thread of Braids, Thread of Binding, Horde Shuttle, and even Flechette Storm's ad-clear) or casting your Bladefury Super grants you Woven Mail. While you have Woven Mail, Into the Fray dramatically increases your Frenzied Blade melee regeneration, ensuring you constantly have charges for that initial Woven Mail proc or burst damage. Thread of Warding: Picking up Orbs of Power (generated by Siphon mods, Firepower, and Reaper on your class item after weapon kills) also grants you Woven Mail. Recuperation (legs mod) provides crucial health restoration on Orb pickup. Bomber/Outreach/Innervation (class item/legs mods) ensure your Grenade and Melee abilities are constantly refreshed from your Barricade casts and Orb pickups. The Debuff & Damage Multipliers (Flechette Storm, Thread of Isolation, Unraveling Orbs, Lotus Eater):

Your Flechette Storm melee directly applies Unravel. This powerful debuff causes targets to explode when damaged further and spreads to nearby enemies. Unraveling Orbs (Artifact): Picking up Orbs of Power causes your Strand weapon final blows (Quicksilver Storm, Scintillation) to apply Unravel, further spreading the debuff and explosive ad-clear. Thread of Isolation: Your Strand abilities (Barricade, Grenade, Flechette Storm) and the Unravel debuff itself will apply Sever, which significantly reduces enemy outgoing damage. Lotus Eater with Destabilizing Rounds: Killing enemies (especially suspended ones) with this sidearm will cause them to become Volatile, leading to powerful Void explosions that chain through groups. Tangle & Threadling Factory (Weapons & Fragments):

Thread of Braids: While you have Woven Mail, your weapon final blows (Quicksilver Storm, Lotus Eater, Scintillation) create more Tangles. Quicksilver Storm (with catalyst): This exotic weapon is a Threadling factory. Scintillation (Adept) with Hatchling: Precision final blows or rapid kills with your heavy LFR will spawn even more Threadlings. Thread of Binding: Your Bladefury Super final blows also create a Tangle. IV. The Gameplay Loop (How to Play It):

Initiate Control & Defense:

As you enter an engagement, drop your Towering Barricade to activate Drengr's Lash (amplified by Abeyant Leap). This will suspend a large group and instantly grant you Woven Mail. Alternatively, throw a Shackle Grenade for targeted Suspend. Debuff & Disperse:

Engage with your Flechette Storm (slide melee). This will apply Unravel to enemies and potentially trigger a suspending burst, further locking down enemies. This also applies Sever (Thread of Isolation). Follow up with your Frenzied Blade (charged melee) for direct Woven Mail application or burst damage, especially with its rapid regen from Into the Fray. While enemies are suspended and debuffed, use your Quicksilver Storm and Lotus Eater. Quicksilver Storm: Rapidly generate Threadlings, apply Unravel (from artifact mod), and build up your Scintillation's magazine via Envious Assassin. Lotus Eater: Target kills to trigger Destabilizing Rounds, creating powerful Volatile explosions among the debuffed enemies. Use it to pop Anti-Barrier Champions. Maintain the Flow (Orbs, Tangles, Abilities):

Collect Orbs of Power: Your Siphon mods, Firepower, and Reaper will generate many Orbs. Picking these up grants you Woven Mail (Thread of Warding), heals you (Recuperation), and grants ability energy. Destroy Tangles: Tangles generated by your abilities and weapon kills (Thread of Braids) can be destroyed to grant Woven Mail (Into the Fray) and to spawn more Threadlings. Ability Chain: Your constant Barricade casts, Orb pickups, and Into the Fray's boosted melee regen ensure your Grenade and Melee abilities are frequently available. Burst Down Threats:

As your Scintillation (Adept)'s magazine overfills from your Quicksilver Storm and Lotus Eater kills (Envious Assassin), swap to it. Unload its massive magazine into majors, Champions (especially after they are stunned), or bosses for immense burst damage. Its Hatchling perk will simultaneously spawn more Threadlings. Bladefury Super for Impact:

Use your Bladefury Super for high-priority targets, dense enemy waves, or crucial boss damage. Casting it grants Woven Mail (Into the Fray), and Thread of Binding will generate a Tangle upon final blow.
