Gameplay Loop
  • Create Crystals: Start fights by getting precision kills with your Prolonged Engagement SMG. Each kill spawns a Headstone Stasis crystal. For dense groups or on-demand cover, use your Glacier Grenade.
  • Shatter & Fortify: Instantly destroy these crystals with your SMG, a melee, or by sliding. Tectonic Harvest will generate Stasis Shards that fly to you. Collecting them grants a powerful and constantly regenerating Whisper of Rime overshield, which is the key to your survival.
  • Engage All Threats: From your fortified position, use Polaris Lance to eliminate distant targets, taking advantage of the Unfaltering Focus set bonus for supreme stability and damage resistance. When elites, Champions, or bosses get close, draw your Aurora's Dawn.
  • Master the Blade: Meet attacks with a timed block from Stronghold to heal and apply the Flash Counter debuff. Follow up with sword heavy attacks to freeze the enemy with Cold Steel, then shatter them for immense damage. Your abilities constantly recharge from the shatters and Stasis weapon damage, allowing you to sustain this loop indefinitely.
