Exotic Trace RifleFinal blows with this weapon generate a slowing burst around the defeated target.
Withering Blade hits and bounces create a small Stasis crystal and refund a portion of melee energy. Using Withering Blade to shatter crystals or frozen targets releases a spread of Withering Blades.
Build Details
Energy slot any good high damage energy weapon. Power slot, any good stasis weapon.
Stats: 100 Resilience, Discipline as high as possible, then Recovery and Mobility. (The order for the last one's doesn't matter much)
Gameplay loop: Freeze targets, either weapon or grenade. Melee at them. REPEAT.
Stasis weapons and melee kills give orbs of power. Also any weapon kills after dodge.
Boss DPS: Grenade. Melee. Super. Grenade. Melee. Then weapon DPS rotation.
