Build Details

How It Works

A modified variant of two bills, designed with prismatic. I have been running it since right after final shape.

Gameplay Loop

For the most part the loop is melee a couple of times, evade, repeat. For the most part threaded specter keeps the ads off of you, and winter shroud turns enemies into weakened AOE targets. Combination blow does great damage at x3, and heals you. Winter shroud slows, then freezes, turning ads into bombs to kill other ads.

Face something big? No big deal, swap to malfeasance, and mag dump. Lucky pants and malfeasance has long been a powerful combo. That something is still standing? Reload, wait a second, use your super, and repeat.
