Build Details
Power weapon can any stasis weapons. Preferably Cold Comfort or VS Chill Inhibitor with BnS for high damage against boss and minibosses. Chest piece mods can be anything you want, depends on the activities you are doing (Charge up/reserve for easier activities, resistance mods for harder activities).
Winter Shroud allows your dodge to regen faster when u inflict slow on enemies. Combo that with Facet of Hope will allow high uptime on your dodge to reset your melee charges.
The selling point of this build is to abuse the ignition from Ice Breaker against frozen enemies and stasis crystal to clear groups of enemies in onslaught. Your sources of freeze/stasis crystal come from: 1. Withering blades. 2. Dodge + nade. 3. Bold Ending's headstone. 4. Super.
One of these sources will always be available for you to freeze enemies.
Melee freeze enemies > Ice breaker ignition Nade + dodge freeze enemies > Ice breaker ignition Looping dodge and melee to continue freezing enemies.
