Exotic GlaiveMelee and projectile damage charge this weapon. When fully charged, [Alternate Weapon Action] to enable a special ranged attack. Sustained projectile damage causes targets to become jolted.
Rifts periodically release Arc shockwaves. Final blows with these shockwaves create an Arc explosion. While an Arc Super is equipped, the shockwaves and subsequent explosions blind nearby targets. Rift energy recharges faster when you are surrounded by targets.

Build Details
Blinding 1. Rifts, Ionic Sentry, and glaive/LMG final blows (while amplified) all blind 2. Blinding will stun Unstop champs
Ability Regen 1. Rift recharges faster when surrounded so be aggressive 2. Ionic Traces from ability/arc weapon kills will regen abilities 3. Wellspring on Watchful Eye for regen on kill 4. Bolstering Detonation/Bomber armor mods to chain rift/grenades
Staying Alive 1. Rift to blind nearby enemies/regen health, glaive shield to block damage 2. Glaive/LMG final blows will heal you because of Artifact Perk
Be aggressive with this build: 1. Push up and place Vesper rift to blind enemies 2. Stab or shoot w/glaive to build Lightning Seeker stacks 3. Use LMG for ability regen/bolt charge stacks 4. While amplified, glaive/LMG kills will blind nearby enemies 5. CHAIN ABILITIES- rift recharges faster when surrounded, use melee/grenade to activate bolt charge or jolt enemies 5a. SPAM IONIC SENTRY- it is another source of blinding and bolt charge stacks 6. Use sidearm for champ stun or damage if you need to conserve glaive ammo
