PvEYour Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

This build focuses on area control with solid damage and survivability.
Combat Bleak Watcher with the Bleak Domain perk from Rime-Coat Raiments provides area and crowd control.
The 4 crystals provided in the Bleak Domain provide extra AoE damage. Whisper of Rending lets us shatter these easily. A Rimestealer weapon gives 1 Frost Armor stack when we shatter a crystal or enemy. Enhanced Rimestealer gives 2 Frost Armor stacks when shattering a crystal or enemy!
Ability Regen Shattering these crystals provides +500% Grenade regen through Whisper of Shards. Our armor mods provide some extra small bits of ability regen as we fight. Each application of Whisper of Shards gives 6s of the buff with a max duration of 11s. So space out your shatters a bit to extend grenade Regen. You need ~20s of boosted Regen with max discipline to get your grenade back. Torment gives ~8% grenade energy each time you're hit with a 1s cooldown.
Defenses Frost Armor is our main source of defense. Enhanced Rimestealer is by far the easiest way to get Frost Armor stacks with this exotic's easy stasis crystals. The Ritual weapon this season is a Stasis auto rifle with Headstone and Rimestealer.
If you do not have a good Rimestealer weapon you can swap Iceflare Bolts for Glacial Harvest and Whisper of Tormentfor Whisper of Conduction. This will create stasis shards that give Frost Armor.
Requires Rime-Coat Raiments
Cast your Bleak Watcher somewhere you can stand safely that also has clear sightlines to enemies. Stand in the Bleak Domain under the Bleak Watcher as much as possible.
