Build Details
This build is a straightforward Bleak Watcher build. Freeze enemies and then shatter them to scatter more freezing from Iceflare Bolts.
Always try to shoot stasis crystals to proc Whisper of Shards for +500% grenade regeneration. Rime-Coat Raiment will make this easier once it's available. Crystalline Converter Artifact mod should provide crystals as well.
Use your rift for healing or to provide a little bit of grenade energy.
Your melee is just used for an extra occasional freeze and to provide a little grenade energy off Momentum Transfer.

Will probably change the exotic to Rime-Coat Raiments with Revenant.
Cast Bleak Watchers, use your class ability on cooldown and keep throwing turrets out. Always try to freeze enemies and shatter them.
