I really just wanted to make a build around the new Exotic shotgun: Slayer's Fang (as of posting it's not on moba or DIM)
Other artefact perks are basically the whole bottom row
Concept: consume grenade/use melee to freeze targets then kill them with the new shotgun to make breeches!
