Destiny 2 Titan BuildPrismatic Triple Aspect Sunbreaker
PvEFinal blows with this weapon grant stacks of Gathering Light, improving guard stats and lunge range. Stowing this weapon consumes all stacks, granting melee, grenade, and class ability energy.
While you have a Solar Super equipped, casting your Barricade or becoming critically wounded with full class ability energy creates a Sunspot at your location.
Build Details
For my fellow titan mains, a prismatic build that properly showcases the greatest hits of all 5 subclasses packed into a single build with comical ability regen, perfect synergy with your weapons, and restores the power of Hammer of Sol to Prismatic. All while granting 3 ASPECTS, NONE OF WHICH ARE CONSECRATION OR KNOCKOUT to give you more CC, damage, and Survivability than ever before.
The key to everything lies in an exotic armor piece that has gone forgotten after its nerfs, the Lorely Splendor. By simply casting the barricade we can take advantage of 3 buffs and potentially 3 aspects as follows; 1. Restoration from standing in Lorely's sunspot 2. Sol Invictus not only improving the cooldown on all our abilities, but buffing our super as well. 3. Facet of Hope decreasing the cooldown on the class ability, this results in TWO different buffs stacking together to decrease the cooldown of our rally barricade. 4. Drengyr's Lash suspending targets and making a tangle on defeating a suspended target. 5. If your sunspot kills a combatant it can spawn a Diamond lance because a Sunspot counts as an ability. All this just from casting your barricade! BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE IN THE ABILITIES AND FRAGMENTS Hammer of Sol Normally a weak super on Prismatic, when paired with Sol Invictus restores Hammer of Sol to all its might. No longer will you be restricted to a measly 5 or 6 hammers, rejoice as you now have 9 hammers at your disposal! Pulse Grenades have been chosen for a few reasons, but the most important of which is because this is an arc ability, it gives us access to the Amplified buff after getting multikills with this grenade or an Arc Conductor Wave Frame Ergo Sum. Shield Throw Is the melee of choice to grant us void overshields, activating Shieldcrush and Facet of Hope while the overshield is up. Facet of Awakening The main reason this aspect was chosen over Balance is due to all the ionic traces we'll be spawning from multikills with our Pulse grenade and Ergo Sum, granting us cooldowns to all our abilities on pickup. Facet of Dominance buffs our Pulse Grenade. Facet of Command Gives us Stasis Shards from shattering enemies with Diamond Lance or your favorite Headstone Stasis weapon. Facet of Protection Bonus DR while we're surrounded and using Ergo Sum. Facet of Purpose Because Hammer of Sol is our required super, everytime you pick up an orb of power you gain restoration for 6 seconds, and Radiant for 8 seconds because of the Artifact in Episode 1. Loadout Explanation 1. Your kinetic slot should always have a stasis primary weapon, headstone not required but recommended. This will ensure Diamond Lances are spawned every 7 seconds. Disparity is my weapon of choice since Pugilist will get melee energy back per kill, headstone can freeze enemies for Facet of Command, and because it's a Hakke weapon the Breach Armaments origin trait will shatter the stasis crystal with only 1 burst. Although headstone weapons are not required. I myself use a Pugilist/frenzy roll on Disparity. 2. Ergo Sum is the final piece of this Prismatic build. I've opted for an Arc Conductor Wave Frame in my build for the ammo efficient ad clear, making transcendence become a full on super, giving Arc resistance while the Conductor buff is up, activating Amplified on multikills, and spawning orbs for more restoration and radiant. Combine it with the recommended artifact sword perks and you'll go wild with this build. If ammo is still an issue drop one of the weapon surges and slot in an arc scavenger. If getting up close isn't an option use a caster arc frame with Wolfpack Rounds, that'll do the job too. 3. The heavy slot can be whatever arc weapon you want to use. Crux termination with slideshot and explosive light is my pick so that I may BLOW MINE LOAD. Although If you're in a raid with a boss that can be cut down with a sword bring Bequest and slap on that Wolfpack Ergo Sum. Mods 2 different Siphon mods allows for no missed opportunities to spawn orbs, and Special ammo finder keeps Ergo Sum topped off. Heavy Handed and Firepower in the gloves ensures both our abilities can spawn orbs while Bolstering Detonation and Bomber create a positive feedback loop between our grenade and class ability. Finally the arc and stasis weapon surges ensure our weapons can hit a little harder. Although Arc scavenger can be used in place of the stasis surge if you wish. Recuperation gives a chunk of health while Restoration tops you off from Facet of Purpose. Lucent Blade buffs the Ergo sum charge rate.
If you've read through all of this you might as well give the build a try lol. Thank you for your consideration.
- Toss your grenade and melee ability
- Activate your Barricade
- Cut down Suspended Targets with Ergo Sum
- Pick off ranged targets with Tangles, Diamond Lances, and your stasis primary weapon.
- Before you cast your super, spawn a Sunspot and strafe in and out of it to refresh Sol Invictus. This will increase your hammer count from 5 to 9
