Build Details
Simple, fight your way to a secured area and throw your barrier. Let it build the x10 bolt charge. Each grenade or weapon use will emit a bolt charge at one point during your rifle damage. Usually it will finish off the player with a bolt charge.
Pairs well with a Warlock uppercut build as long as the Warlock as bolt charge from your barricade.
