Choir of One should have Destabilizing rounds as it's catalyst perk so it triggers constant volatile explosions from Controlled demolition
You will do most of these naturally as you play and using Choir as your primary weapon you'll have constant volatile explosions and uptime on devour.
Everything else in the build just facilitates or amplifies those elements.
