How It Works

GLAIVE TRAIN Strand Titan Build

The ultimate in Strand Titan builds. Become a punching, slashing, killing machine and NEVER DIE.

How it works (titan explanation):

  • Punch something or glaive a low tier enemy
  • Keep punching / glaiving until Banner of War x4 is maxed.
  • Continue on your rampage until everything is dead.

Nerd explanation (non-titans): Utilizing the glaive Vexcalibur, we take advantage of its intrinsic perks to generate an over shield. We combine this with the artifact perks "No Bell," (rapid glaive melee final blows grant special ammo glaives additional ammo and blocking damage with glaives INCREASES their melee damage to targets), and "Hold the Line," (while surrounded with a glaive or machine gun grants increased reload speed, stability AND final blows heal you). These perks are mandatory for the build's viability in higher tier content (Master Raids, Dungeons, etc.). Proc no bell by occasionally by blocking any enemy damage to get a massive increase in glaive damage.

Get kills with the glaive also counts for melee kills which generate stacks for Banner of War (another source of healing).

You can also swap Vexcalibur for Winter's Bite for close range boss damage DPS (e.g. Ecthar in Ghosts of the Deep Rite of the Nine). Second weapon choice would be Locus Eater with Repulser Brace / Destabilizing Rounds.

This build is largely viable in Season 26 / Episode heresy in part thanks to the Artifact perks "No Bell" and "Hold the Line." Viability in higher end content like Master Raids / Master Dungeons / GMs may be reduced following this episode.

Gameplay Loop
  1. Melee red bar enemy
  2. Glaive enemies until banner of war x4
  3. hold up glaive shield if near death otherwise
  4. become an unstoppable killing machine
