Use Refined tonic of brawling
Keep mind of your transcendence bar and use corresponding sword for the bar you need.
Transcendence comes back really quick, don't conserve it. Use it even for small groups of adds or when dealing with champions.
If you need panic heal, one caster projectile from Ill omen will give you attrition orb = overshield + better already + recuperation and whole other benefits. The cool part about this synergy is that while having an overshield, damage taken won't stop health regen so one orb will heal you back to full.

- Transcendence if full, if not:
- throw yourself into enemies and fill up the transcendence bar asap, using Ergo sum and ill omen.
- Pop transcendence and spam grenades + dodges, throw some threaded spikes for sever too and continue to slaughter everything with swords.
- Watch out for nearby orbs of power while fighting. There should be a lot on battlefield and they help a ton with survivability. Pick them up with you class ability or walk to them.
