Build Details
Dodge near enemies to slow with winters shroud but you will also activated the bombarders and because you have the stasis super you bomb will slow as well causing them to become frozen if not just use the wicked implement to finish it off. The smoke bomb is there for our transcendence and so the enemies become weakened for easy clean up. As well as activating stylish executioner.
If you don’t want to use wicked implement I suggest using cryostesia or agers scepter.
