side note:the class item traits you want are spirit of necrotic and spirit of the star-eater but honestly necrotic is the only one necessary to make this build shine.
1 shot from dragons breath will just about give you transcendence. dragons breath will act as your unstoppable weapon. Kinetic pulse will be your anti barrier, and stasis turret will take care of overloads for you.
1.use phoenix dive to proc helion (re-apply as needed) and then throw a threaded needle into a group of enemies to apply necrotic debuff and proc radiant.(if a champion is in group follow up with a dragons breath shot) 2. lay in to said enemies with kinetic weapon if needed. 3.pop transcendence and super at availability (if needed) and then shoot off a dragons breath rocket then follow up with your song of flame and watch the entire room explode in fire and poison.
