Weapon final blows with a damage type matching your grenade grant Death Throes, which provide a grenade damage bonus and grant you grenade energy. When you have Death Throes and throw a grenade, nearby allies gain greatly increased grenade regeneration for a short time.

Build Details
Get kills from Void sources to stack Death Throes then use Hand Held Supernova (HHS) to eliminate groups of adds or deal high burst damage. Scoring any kill will grant your void weapons Volatile rounds for a short time thanks to Echo of Instability. Now your pulse rifle grants you nade energy, spreads weaken on precision kills, and makes targets volatile after getting at least one kill with HHS.
Use the pulse rifle to get your nade back quickly, spread weaken to activate Echo of Harvest which will in turn activate Echo of Starvation if you pick up an orb or void breach.
Utilize tractor cannon on major and champion level enemies before or after stunning (this kit can stun all champs) and use HHS to finish them in one shot, or at least get close enough for a finisher.
