Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details
This is build is best in activities with ad-dense areas (i.e. Onslaught, Contest of Elders). Things to keep in mind while using this build:
Create a Stasis Turret on your feet to freeze more targets and faster. It can also be used to barricade yourself. Afterwards, you may throw other Stasis Turrets towards the enemies.
Ager's Scepter is great at clearing ad-dense groups and, with its Catalyst, it's great again Champions/Minibosses.
Be sure to break the Stasis Crystals that are near the Stasis Turret, as it helps freezes and shatters nearby enemies.
