Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details
Choir of One is still incredibly strong and can do high DPS on Champions and Bosses. Plus, adding on with Bleak Domain to create Shatters with increase your DPS. The biggest problems with this build is your Ammo Management and heavily relying on Bleak Domain. Without any of them, your survivability and lethality drops significantly. And so, it is best to keep an eye on them, if you want to have little trouble going through the activity. Though, this build is best in ad-dense activities (i.e. Onslaught, Contest of Elders).
As a side note, Facet of Command is great for Hammerhead (Destabilizing Rounds/Killing Tally), as it will reload it without getting rid of your Killing Tally stacks. And it's also great for Choir of One (Destabilizing Rounds), as it'll allow you to continue unloading unto your enemies (increasing your DPS).
- Set Bleak Domain on your feet (afterwards, you may put your Rift down).
- Unload unto enemies while in your Bleak Domain; create Shatters to gain Devour.
- Once you have another Grenade ready (for Bleak Domain), throw that into the fray of enemies.
